A: Both your username AND password will be your Employee ID without the letter “V”.

A: Click on My Account and you will see a Change Password option.
Q: How do I return my order?
A: If you need to return an item, please review the Shipping and Returns section listed under the INFORMATION category at the bottom of the page. This link will list the return policy and instructions. Or you can contact us via the Contact Us link (bottom right corner) or use the CHAT link (upper right corner).
Q. How much is my point allowance and when do I receive my allowance?

A. If you are an active user, you are eligible to place an order immediately.
Q. How often can I order?
A. You can place an order at any time, 24/7!
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Our standard delivery time is 10-15 days after the order is placed. However, you can review your current order status on the website! Your order status will be one of the following: “In Process”, “Shipped”, or “Back Ordered”.
Q: My points are not correct, what should I do?
A: Contact your station manager or supervisor. If not available, your Human Resources partner.
Q: Can I cancel my order if it’s on backorder or not shipped?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order if it is on backorder or not shipped.
