Shipping Policy

Per UGE Policy, all orders will be shipped to your assigned Station.  All shipping within your allowance will be paid by United Ground Express.  Shipping and taxes will be charged for all personal purchases exceeding allowance amount.

 

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of embroidered / hemmed products, returns are limited to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Item Shipped
  • Manufacturer Defects

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any item found to have a manufacturing defect for a replacement.  We will also accept returns if we ship the incorrect product or size and will reship the correct product or size. 

Please note that, per UGE Policy these are Final Sales, we will exchange incorrectly shipped sizes but we cannot accept returns for items that were shipped correctly that do not fit.  Please carefully review the sizing guides for each product before placing your order.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
  • Items will be inspected upon receipt and your replacement items will be shipped immediately for the same style and size as your original order.
